Position:IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the Company’s business software system e.g. PACE 2000 and all related Information technology (IT) hardware and software
2. Provide daily IT support to users with issues relating to popular computing software, hardware, peripherals and networking appliances
3. Perform system installation, configuration and system upgrading both at the server and end-user level
4. Involves in software and hardware procurements with responsibility in inventory management
5. Perform Windows server administration, backup and recovery, network monitoring to ensure high availability of IT services.
6. Maintain Company’s website
7. Knowledge of programming language such as C#
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office application such as Access
9. Any other duties that may be assigned by his superior or the Management from time to time. 

Requirements:

1. Self-motivated & possess good analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills and techniques
2. Ability to multi-task.
3. At least a Diploma in IT , with at least 1-2 years of related working experience in both software and hardware fields.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools(Excel/Access)
5. Hands on experience in maintaining Windows XP, Windows Server 2003/2008 server, Active Directory(DNS/DHCP)
6. Experienced with TCP/IP network ,firewall and proxy server
7. Knowledge in web development skills.

 Position : Technician 

1. Service & repair forklift/equipment/ commercial vehicle
2. Nitec in MVM/HDDM or equivalent
3. Possess class 3,4 or 5 driving license
4. Min 2 yrs experience in forklift or commercial vehicle repair

Position : Servcie Administrator

1. Opening and closing of repair orders
2. To prepare the monthly service report
3. Coordinating field service activities
4. Responsible to Inform customers on the scheduling service

Position : Service Advisor

1. Attending to customers’ requirement for vehicle repair
2. Provide quotation for vehicle repair/ servicing
3. Coordinate repair job/ invoicing
4. Attend to accident claims reporting & surveyor
