Scantruck Connect 2025: Stronger Partnerships, Stronger Fleets, Stronger Industry!

At Scantruck, we believe we’re all on a journey towards progress. And like any journey, there are ups and downs. Those of you who have been with us for a while will know exactly what I mean. What I’ve learnt is that real progress happens when we move forward together—as partners, as a community, as an industry, and even as a nation.

On Friday, July 11, 2025, we hosted Scantruck Connect 2025—a one-day networking event that brought together over 60 stakeholders in the commercial vehicle and industrial sectors. 

This event was born from that simple idea: to foster a thriving ecosystem where key players in the commercial vehicle sector can progress together. It’s a gathering of those who drive the industry forward—fleet operators, owners, suppliers, and associations.

Why We Created Scantruck Connect

At its core, Scantruck Connect is about partnership and progress.

We designed this event to:

• Bring everyone together- giving the key stakeholders of the industry a chance to get to know each other better

• Share together- share knowledge and industry insights

• Build together- create space for real conversations and new business opportunities

Because we believe that stronger partnerships leads to stronger fleets, and stronger fleets leads to a stronger industry!

What Happened at the Event?

Warm Welcome & Introduction to STA

The event was hosted by the incredible emcee, Sheng Li. He greeted everyone and made sure that everyone is excited for the event that’s to come!

Mr. Ricky Widjajakusuma

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from our emcee and an opening speech by Mr. Ricky Widjajakusuma, the General Manager of Scantruck Engineering Pte Ltd.

Then, Ms. Cherie Goh, Vice President of the Singapore Transport Association, took the stage to share more about the association and the benefits that the members can get. 

Booth Exploration

We then give the audience the chance to visit the booth of our sponsoring partners. We were proud to have these leading brands with us:

Spotlight Session

The Platinum and Gold sponsors were given the chance to do a spotlight session where they explain more about their brands, products, and they can help the fleet owners. These sessions weren’t just presentations—they were real opportunities for the partners to showcase its capability and to build credentials with the fleet owners directly. We’re glad to be able to connect our fleet owners with the people behind the products they use regularly!

Networking over Music and Food

To end on a high note, a live performance by Karyn Wong and Sheng Li will set the tone for a relaxed close, as guests wind down and enjoy the final moments of the event over food and drinks.
