The training began with a factory video tour, providing an inside look at VADEN ORIGINAL’s manufacturing capabilities and quality standards.
From there, the discussion expanded into the interconnection of air systems, tracing the entire airflow journey—from the engine and compressor all the way through to the vehicle’s braking and pneumatic systems.
Understanding how each component interacts is crucial in diagnosing issues quickly and preventing costly downtime.
Understanding the Two Root Causes of Compressor Failure
One of the key highlights of the session was identifying the two most common causes of air compressor failure:
1. Oil Leakage
Oil leakage can significantly affect compressor performance and contaminate the air system. Early detection and proper maintenance are critical to preventing system-wide failures.
2. Air Not Building Up
When air pressure fails to build properly, vehicle operations can be compromised. Diagnosing the root cause requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire air system and its components.
By learning these failure modes, our team is now better equipped to troubleshoot problems and recommend effective solutions for customers.

What made this month’s session especially valuable was a live video call with VADEN ORIGINAL’s technical team in Turkey. Our team had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the engineers behind the product—gaining firsthand insights that go far beyond traditional product training. This wasn’t a sales presentation. It was genuine technical knowledge transfer from the people who design and manufacture the products. When you work directly with the factory, the depth of expertise and knowledge sharing reaches another level.
